Ask me how I know. :-( A nice way to work on the SEM's w/o always screwing them down in the case is to replace the upper two screws w/ allen headed set screws (ie no screw heads), and leave the bottom two completely out. This allows you to pull the SEM out w/o unfastening anything, yet keeps them from sliding down and shorting against the case.... RM
