The Rack also has two major things the keyboard does not; Filter input (for external processing), and a midi to CV *and* cv to midi convertor (all 1/4" jacks). The rack version also has OSC sync, the keyboard does not. Prices for these in the us generally are: Keyboard NEW - $450 (or less) Keyboard USED - $350 Rack NEW - $550 (or less) Rack USED - $450 (but you don't see 'em that often yet) ANY US store should be able to match these new prices easily and should beat them. I've gotten these prices from 8th street music, Medley music, and even Musicain Friend (Although they advertise them at about $100 more per item they will match a price if you bring it to them)
