EII came in four flavors: regular (one or two disk drives) has one memory bank, EII+ with two memory banks (which you are testing), EIIHD, with a 20 Mo disk drive, E II+HD, combination of two banks and a hard disk. Apparently, it is not possible to upgrade a regular EII into a plus or an HD, because of some parts which are no longer available.
