Same about the control in's. All you can choose is the initial level and a switch which chooses between: linear - exponential and - a middle position labeled "mode". Still is is musically a different setting than the other two ones. Sorry I have no idea what it technically does. Together with the punchy Env's the VCA patched as an output volume controll produces very aggressive sounds if neccessary. What I dislike a bit is the initial value know which acts too sensitive in the musical interesting regions. I had difficultys to find a position, where the VCA isn't in the musical constont sustain phase, nor too low, where the ADSR juist makes a short pop. summary: the only thing I really miss, are more VCA's :.-) STefan -- * real electronic composers don't like their music be restricted * * to the physical limitations of the human hand - AH - a great list * * Stefan Gruhl * sngruhl@cip.informatik.uni-erlangen.de * * Monthly bonus sig: ************************************************ * "The course of true SOUND never did run smooth" * * freely taken from Midsummernights dream by Willy S. * ********************************************************************* *
