The interface is similar to S1000 series but better, as you said. Compared to S2000, the display is a lot larger and has graphical editting. > S2800i: Not sure, but I think this is an S2800 with individual > outs and a bit more ram. I believe this is the same as S2800studio version, which has more memory, SCSI and digital I/O as standard. > S01: Complete hunk of crap. Not really. I like this thing. It's very simple and easy to use and for it's cheap price it's not bad. It's a bit limited. You can only have 8 samples at one time, but they are all right there in front of you to play with. There is no filters tough. Comes with standard 1 MB RAM, but expandable to 2MB. With 1MB you are limited to 15 seconds of sampling, so it's best use is for short sounds like drums and that's what I mainly use it for. _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/ _/ _/ _/ _/_/_/_/ _/_/_/_/ Pierre Zarokian _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ E-mail: pzarokian@email.csun.edu _/ _/ _/_/_/_/ _/ or pzarokian@ccgate.hac.com _/ _/ _/ _/ URL: http://www.csun.edu/~hbcsc349 _/ _/ _/ _/_/_/_/ _/ _/ _/ _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/
