The Multitrack is a six voice multitimbral analog synth. Per voice it has 1 dco w/ square and sawtooth which can be mixed + variable pulse width + PWM, 1 filter w/ resonace capable of self-oscillation, noise, 3 ADSR envelopes (for VCO(!),VCF and VCA) which can be inverted, 1 LFO with triangle or square wave. It's keyboard is pressure sensetive (no aftertouch though) and pressure can be assigned to VCA, VCF and LFO amount. The filter can be modulated by the dco which gives you ringmodulator type metal/FM sounds and *very* cool sounds can be achived when then controlling VCF with key pressure. Furthermore it has a variable chorus, a 6 track sequencer and an arpeggiator. Sounds can be stacked, so you can layer 6 different sounds on top of each other. It also has full Midi implementation and stereo + 6 single outs. It has a very neat front-layout which enables quick and pleasant programming even though this is done with one data knob. All parameters are printed on the front panel and selectable via a led matrix. IMHO it's one of the very best value for money analog synths you can buy and it's sound variety + quality is amazing! >The shop lost the power supply for it, so they're getting an engineer to >wire a different one up for it. If anyone knows the wiring for the power >socket and voltages etc. it might be handy too. The power supply has 15 V *AC* and a very strange wireing. It's printed on it, so maybe someone who's got one can look it up... Hope that helps, if you have further questions feel free to ask. (mw)
