I have owned both and am currently selling both. The Juno-106 has sliders for sound editing, that's probably worth more to most people than the velocity keyboard and additional features in the voice architecture. However, a Juno-2 with a PG-300 programmer is probably worth more than a Juno-106. Over a Juno-106 you get synthesizer voice that is considerably more capable, velocity keyboard, and aftertouch (although most JU-2 aftertouch sensors are now dead or close to it so this generally you could ignore this feature in a comparison). Those features are enough that they are more valuable to me. However, for other people the Juno-106's ergonomics of sliders built in just above the keyboard (rather than on a programmer) can be more valuable than the extras in the JU-2.
