Multivox MX-51

It's a big, black keyboard with full size keys and a 5 octave range.  The
bottom and sides of the case are actually made of plywood.  There's a
volume knob, tuning knob, sustain knob and vibrato knob.  It has (had)
three sounds: honky tonk, piano and clavichord.  Unfortunately, the the
selector switch doesn't work right and you only realy get clavichord.  
The sounds I sampled are somewhere between a saw tooth wave and a sine
wave.
