A good example of how to use it would be to run the output of the the s/h module into the int. and the run the output of the int. into one of the many CV inputs on the ms50 (filter cutoff for example). What the integrator does is rather than just put out the random voltages that the s/h spews out, it puts out a continous voltage that slides between the s/h's subsequent output voltages. In this applicaton, the filter cutoff would slide between random cutoff points rather than just jumping abruptly bewteen them. This (obviously) gives the random modulation smoother transitions. The time in which it takes to slide between the 2 voltages is determined by the 1 and only knob in the integrator section. Run the s/h output into the ms50's meter to get a visual representation of what i am talking about. The integrator is one of the more useful modules on the ms50 IMHO....... - fEEd/>tEMpESt<\t-mOd/>http://www.umn.edu/nlhome/m211/feed/ feed@maroon.tc.umn.edu/>robw@ivi.com/>tempest@hyperreal.com Tempest 12" on Head in the Clouds (communique) out soon
