Ok, big shot. Here ya go :) The Jomox is analogue, the drumstation isn't. The Jomox has 8 knobs alone for the kick drum, 5 for the snare, 4 for the hats. The drumstation has the usual 808 909 stuff The Jomox has 2 assignable LFOs that can sync, retrigger, etc. The drumstation has distortion. Whoop-de-doo. The Jomox has a built-in step sequencer The Jomox has 100 performance memories The Jomox doesn't have to just sound like an 808 or 909 However, the drumstation has more outputs and polyphony. The XBase is not really a valid competitor for the drumstation -- it isn't just a rackmount sound module. The upcoming AiRBase99 is. The website will be up soon, so you can see for yourself. :) j -- [jU5+1N.K3NDR1Ck_M@XW3LL>>stupid octave cat<<[justinkendrickmaxwell] [>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> http://pages.pomona.edu/~jmaxwell/ <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<] [\.cOLL3cT1Ve{UNCoN5c10U5}::||::project604::||::Boom[Records]1998./] [......y3r.fr13ndLY.n3|Ghb0rhood."self-appointed sgt at arms"......]
