Waver is a 32 bit Visual Basic program that graphs a waveform
using the additive synthesis method.  The graphical interface
provides 8 sliders for the amplitude of harmonics 1 thru 8 and
8 more sliders for the phase of these harmonics with respect
to the fundamental sine wave.

This is a toy designed to allow one to view what a waveform
would look like given 9 sine wave, 8 of them being harmonics
of the first.  The leftmost slider is the first harmonic.
