This is a self-extracting compressed file containing VBRUN300.DLL, 
required for DUMPSTER.ZIP and JUNOLIBR.ZIP if people don't have it 
already.

 Should go in the same directory as DUMPSTER.ZIP and JUNOLIBR.ZIP;
